I really like the power chair so far. Easy set up gets around the house well. The only thing it was missing the tool kit and Operation manual called the 800 number and they got back to me and are sending it right to me Seems like great customer service.

My wife uses this when we go out to do shopping, groceries and Casino. She loves it but needed to buy a cushion for seat and backrest. I love it because I could get rid of the lift and heavy cart she had. It’s light enough and folds away enough to fit in the rear of our Range Rover. The batteries have never disappointed us, If they were to die all I have to do ie release them and push her manually! I would highly recommend this wheelchair to anyone who needs a universal unit.

Got this for my boy he has a brain Tumer and lost right side movement, very easy to get around in battery life is good,easy to fold and unfold, little on the heavy side wife has slight problem lifting it but she can, for the price I don`t think you can find one better.
